About Pleasantview Estate and Events

Located in Haymarket, VA, one hour from Washington, D.C., this 20-acre Estate is an outdoor venue with a stunning view of the Bull Run Mountains and wide-open grounds. Virginia fox hunting season begins in the fall of every year, and Pleasantview Estate was once a part of that long tradition and social gathering. This tradition is still a vital part of Northern Virginia culture today.



The Estate was also used by the Virginia Beef Company back in 1983.


When planning a wedding, the venue is one of the most important things to consider, and this estate is the perfect place for couples to exchange their vows.

Facilities and Capacity

Pleasantview Estate can accommodate up to 300 guests and features a tent that can accommodate 200. The venue has plenty of parking and space for shuttles, buses, etc. The venue also has a room with a large window overlooking the pool area, which is ideal for bridal showers and rehearsal dinners. The venue is perfect for anniversary parties, family reunions, corporate events, and numerous other events.

 

There is no in-house caterer; however, we will work with the caterer of your choice.


 

With the stunning pastoral surroundings, couples will have many options to create a unique and memorable ceremony. The beautiful outdoor surroundings and spectacular views make it the perfect backdrop. Couples and their guests will have exclusive use of the estate grounds.

Best Kept Secret

Pleasantview Estate is surrounded by horse farms, cattle farms, and a spectacular view of the mountains. The venue is hidden away on one of Haymarket's back roads.


Our PE&E Associate Team

Our Associate Team's sole purpose is to ensure you and your guests are well taken care of while at our venue, and to assist your vendors. The team also ensures that the venue stays in tip-top shape throughout the entire day.

Our Spacious Patios

The venue has two spacious patios; one has a view of the mountains, the other patio overlooks the pool, so your guests can enjoy the full beauty of the estate.
